SHIPPING

All items will be shipped from Sydney using Australia Post.

There are 3 shipping methods available at checkout:

  • FREE Standard post (untracked, est. 2-6 business days)
  • $6 Regular post (tracked, est. 2-6 business days)
  • $10 Express post (tracked, est. 1-3 business days)

Please note shipping times cannot be guaranteed, but are a general indication of when you should expect your order.

 *Orders over $65 will receive FREE regular post (tracked) *

All orders will be shipped 1-2 business days from purchase

 

RETURNS

Please select your items carefully as unfortunately we do not offer an exchange or refund for change of mind due to hygiene. If you have any questions regarding an item prior to purchasing, please contact us at hello@essly.com.au.

All items will be carefully checked before shipping, however if you receive your order and there are damaged and/or faulty item/s during transit please email us at hello@essly.com.au with at least 2 photos within 10 days of receiving your order. Once this has been reviewed and approved you may be required to return the item in the original envelope, noting Return To Sender (RTS) clearly on the front and back. Once received we will send a replacement to you free of charge. Please note that wear and tear, and tarnishing are not considered as a fault.

 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

All Essly items will require some TLC, so to ensure the longevity of your jewellery please ensure to avoid contact with perfume, water, lotions, or chemicals. If your jewellery is exposed to these elements they may tarnish. Tarnished jewellery is unfortunately not considered a fault.
